Live Real Estate Agent Classes in California
Live real estate agent classes are an effective strategy for passing the California licensing examination. At least 135 hours are required to sit for the real estate licensing exam in California. CES Real Estate School provides the prerequisite educational courses needed to qualify for your state license through live and online materials.
CES has offered live Real Estate Principles classes at locations around the Richmond, California area. Live enrollment is currently paused; new classes are coming soon. The accelerated program consists of the 135 required hours needed to qualify for your real estate exam. Previous live sessions met once a week for three hours, with Saturday morning or weekday evening options. Future dates and times have not been announced.
An online component is a part of the live real estate agent classes. To get the most out of class time, no live testing is administered during the course. Exams and quizzes will be turned in online and graded virtually. During class times, groups cover a large amount of material. Topics expected to be reviewed during real estate principles courses are home assessments, neighborhood evaluations, property values, mortgage lending, title processes, home inspections, closing costs, attorney review, home listings, scheduled showings, networking, business building, and more. Attending live class sessions isn’t enough to qualify for the state licensing exam. Students must complete the required course materials and practice tests to meet the 135 hours minimum.
Along with discussing study materials, the live classes from CES Real Estate School promises additional benefits. A perk of in person study sessions is that attendees can make arrangements for “field trips.” These field trips include visits to brokerage firms, agency offices, and more to gain hands-on experience. Classes are not only intended to help you pass the license exam. We aim to have you succeed within your career for years to come by knowing the ins and outs of the real estate business.
