Can I Study at My Own Pace?
Yes. The online correspondence courses combine independent textbook study with online quizzes and final examinations. Course completion remains subject to applicable minimum study periods and enrollment terms.
Which Courses Are Included?
The three-course package includes Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice, and Legal Aspects of Real Estate. Each course is 45 hours.
Are Live Classes Available?
Live classes are currently postponed. Contact CES for updates on the next session before making plans to attend.
Can I Visit the Office?
Yes, by appointment only. Office hours are Tuesday–Friday, 10 AM–3 PM. Call 510-223-2636 to arrange your visit.

After your purchase

1. Check your email
Receive your payment confirmation. New students receive a link to choose a password for their private CES dashboard.
2. Open your dashboard
Your purchases stay together in one student record. Paid video and booklet resources are available there. Standalone practice exams include 180 days of dashboard access from verified payment.
3. Receive course credentials
CES staff manually enrolls prelicense students and arranges bundle practice-question access, then emails the separate learning-platform login. Payment confirmation does not mean those credentials have already been issued.
Video rentals last five days (120 hours) from verified payment, not first viewing. Plan your study time before purchasing. Prelicense courses last one year; extensions are not available and expired courses must be repurchased.
