Inquiries and student services

When you contact CES through our form, we save the name, email address, interest, question, and optional marketing preference you provide so our team can respond. We also record the submission time and a hashed network address for abuse prevention. Please do not put passwords, payment-card information, or sensitive student documents in an inquiry.

Purchases and student accounts use information needed to record orders, provide purchased resources, arrange course enrollment, and support students. Stripe processes payments. The CES website does not store your full payment-card number.

Email and optional updates

CES uses Brevo for transactional messages and contact management. Purchase and account messages support the service you requested. Marketing updates are optional on our inquiry form. Existing unsubscribed contacts are not automatically resubscribed. Use the unsubscribe option in a marketing email or contact CES to ask about your preference.

Website preferences and measurement

Essential browser storage supports sign-in, form security, checkout, and your privacy choices. Optional analytics helps us understand website use. Optional advertising measurement helps evaluate campaigns. Use Privacy choices in the footer to save or change these preferences. Google Analytics and connected Google advertising services are used according to those choices. With advertising measurement enabled, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel sends public page and product-view activity, browser information and advertising identifiers to Meta to measure campaigns. It does not load before advertising consent or when a Global Privacy Control signal is present. For purchases made with advertising consent, our server also reports the purchased product, amount, currency, a unique event reference, browser/IP information and available Meta advertising identifiers after Stripe confirms payment. This uses Meta’s Conversions API and can work even if you close the payment confirmation page. Payment-card details, form messages and student records are not included. Automatic customer-information matching is disabled; we do not send form entries or student records through this Pixel. You can withdraw consent using Privacy choices. We exclude private student resources from general website analytics and avoid including checkout session references in reported page URLs.

Service providers and social sharing

Hosting, payment, and email providers process information as part of operating these services. Selecting a social-sharing service opens that provider so you can choose whether to share the public page; that provider has its own privacy practices. Paid student resources are not included in public page sharing.

Questions and requests

Contact CES about access to or correction of your information, deletion requests, or privacy preferences. Some records may need to be retained for enrollment, transaction, business, or applicable recordkeeping purposes.
